She is a native of Austin with a deep passion for her city's growth and its people. With licenses as both a real estate agent and CPA, she combines extensive market knowledge and analytical expertise. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in the Science of Accounting from Southern Methodist University. Amy is also a proud SMU Mustangs cheerleader alum.
 
Residing in Austin with her husband and two sons, Amy enjoys hiking, lake time, and family dining on patios with their two dogs. She is an advocate for her community, particularly focused on providing safe homes for abused and neglected children through her work with CASA.
